We do not offer refunds for any services or retail purchases. If you're dissatisfied with your service, please inform us within seven days of the original service date so that we can address and rectify any concerns. 

While we aim for your satisfaction, we cannot guarantee corrections if changes result from alterations to the original consultation, use of non-salon products, or environmental factors (such as swimming after a lightening service or post-colour services).

Refunds

If you're running late, please inform us promptly. While we understand potential traffic delays, we can only accommodate a 10-minute grace period beyond your appointment time.

Exceeding this limit may result in your full service not being completed or your appointment being rescheduled for another day.

We apologise for any inconvenience but we must consider our clients booked afterwards.

Running late

You’ll receive an email reminder one week before your appointment and an SMS reminder 72 hours prior. Please reply "YES" or "NO" to confirm your booking. If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A $100 non-refundable deposit will also be required to secure all future bookings. If a future booking is also cancelled within 48 hours, full payment will be required before any new appointments can be made. Please note that ongoing cancellations may result in being unable to book further appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

No-shows

Service changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation and completion of your booking. In the event that we are fully booked, we may need to adjust the time or day.

As a small salon, it is challenging to fill last-minute spots, and we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding.

Service Changes

A non-refundable deposit is required for all services booked by new clients. This includes a $50 non-refundable deposit for styling and cuts, a $100 non-refundable deposit for all colour services, and a $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all nanoplasty hair straightening appointments. For hair extension appointments, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. All deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment, otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled. These deposits will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment. 

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This ensures that your deposit can be transferred to your next service. Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
