All extension clients are required to attend a free 15-minute consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss colour matching, placement, methods best suited for your individual lifestyle, and the amount of hair needed to create the perfect blend. We will also cover aftercare instructions and client waivers.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. As a small business, we do not keep hair extensions on hand, so this deposit is necessary to order your extensions and hold your appointment.
Is there a deposit required for booking hair extensions?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Yes, please have your hair coloured before your extension consultation. This helps ensure a more accurate colour match.
Should I colour my hair before the extension consultation?
For all extension maintenance appointments, please wash your hair the day before your appointment and come with dry hair, as our maintenance pricing does not include a wash. If you would like a wash on the day of your appointment, please inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate timing and pricing.
